For the first year at Fontaine de Vaucluse, three Vauclusians, passionate about the land, culture and heritage, come together to introduce you to the truffle, Black Princess of Vaucluse.
Walk in the truffle fields of the Balme family, discovery of the cavage, welcome for a gourmet brunch between olfactory reading and surprise of the taste buds at Roseline Giorgis, historical visit of the village alongside Michèle Dumont then indulgence around rose chocolate in black dress at the House of the Rose.
This day will immerse you in the sweetness of this special village between traditions and culinary innovations.
